This is the interesting part :)

So, you've looked around the site, seen what's available, and are interested in what else I have to offer. Well, I offer a cheap/free web design service, which is beneficial to both sides, as I get a reference and experience of coding something new, and the customer gets a website hand-coded by me.

I have experience in using HTML 4.0, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and some Perl. However, I'm willing to learn and experiment up to a point. I'll try my hand at anything, but in such cases, the best results aren't always guaranteed.

The various terms are thus:

• You must make your own hosting arrangements [insert plug for Technoweyr here ;) ]
• Displaying a small banner somewhere on your site, giving credit to Gareth Morgan A.K.A Jacel Starwanderer for the development of the site and linking back to Hugme
• Consenting to your site being displayed and linked to from this page
• Payment is generally optional

As well as this, if you catch me in the right mood, I may do art commissions. Examples of my work are available on the art page, and payment is negotiable.
